⛳Our Goals

This token engineering research project aims to:

• explore the possibilities for designing a token able to carry and express symbolic value

• develop open source smart contracts available for the community

• deploy at least one example instance of a SymVal token as a demonstration of its potential

What does it look like to accomplish our goals?

This project is not so much about solving problems but about pushing the boundaries of token technology.

If we end up opening a whole new category of use cases for tokens, we would consider the project wildly successful.

Even if we fail in that, but generate food for thought and discussions about what a token is and what it could be, we would already be successful.

We want to not only write essays but also to deploy code, because we believe in learning by doing.

Publishing useable open source code would be a great step towards our goal as well.
